company after 25 years. Coastline grew from a small one-man operation to one of the leading commercial and residential cleaning companies in Southwest Florida. 

Matt is a Championship Pit Crew Coach that has a unique perspective on high-performance team building and coaching. During his 16 seasons, he was part of 5 NASCAR® Championships, and over 80 race wins. He has worked with drivers Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson and others during his tenure.

Matt has leveraged his experience to positively impact executives and organizations by adding value through coaching, training, workshops, and keynotes that focus on DISC methodology, leadership development, and team building. He understands the challenges of developing leaders, building teams and achieving results in an extremely competitive environment.

Chris has founded, grown and ran several multi-million dollar companies from cleaning to software. He is currently President and Co-Founder of SendJim.com and author of TheDirtyMoneyBook.com. Before Send Jim Chris ran Birds Beware Window Cleaning with his business partner Josh Latimer. 

He and his wife live in Fenton, Michigan and have fostered 14 children over the last 12 years of which they have adopted 5.

Brandon scaled a very small service company with zero employees to over 60 and went from $8k/mo to almost $500k/mo in less than 6 seasons. He is passionate about helping small business owners create a company culture where their team can thrive.

In 2017, he was awarded the S.B.A Small Business Person of the Year for the state of Oregon, and now helps small business owners “systemize” their companies.
